try to master first the photoshop cs3 / cs4 then move to basic hand coding of html/css after you’ve learn the basic you can now move to dreamweaver, dreamweaver is easy as 123.

Go to. They have a bunch of free video tutorials on dreamweaver, they are for cs3 but cs4 is basically the same.
