Your best bet is to Google for specific tutorials. What do you need help with? What do you want to do? There are so many tutorials available, especially for Photoshop.

You might also consider getting a couple of books (yes, I know everyone wants to do everything on line). The Missing Manual series is really good, and they have one for Dreamweaver. I refer to it a lot. You may also want to get a book on HTML, since Dreamweaver uses that, and it’s good to learn the language. (I’m in the middle of a class on Web Design and we use Dreamweaver, so I’m talking from current experience!)
